Booking Your Escape Room:

All members/participants are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your game starting so there is time to have all those in your party fill out the participation waivers.

All member appointments are final, and there are no refunds once you book your Escapades activity.

Members for the day entitle members to same day booking discounts on multiple activities!

We have ticket minimums in order to run an escape room. Your total must be $90 or more. Ticket pricing will updated based on how many you book. Ticket pricing fluctuates per ticket based on how many tickets you buy! Best pricing is 3+ adults or 4+ children.

There is no guarantee that you will not be playing with other member players! If you would like room exclusivity you must call (605) 777-9401 to discuss the options. ***There is no exclusivity offered on Friday Nights and Saturdays without meeting the minimum room requirement or opting for exclusivity of $50 for your group.

Please note: if you are purchasing only kids tickets there is a 3 ticket minimum requirement

REDEEMING PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS: If you have used tickets to book an appointment, you MUST bring the tickets to your appointment. Any tickets not provided when you check in cannot be applied and you will be required to pay for your tickets before you can play.

There is a possibility to reschedule your booking based on availability and a minimum 48 hour notice is required. Cancellations are not permitted and no refunds are offered once you book and pay. Bookings rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice will result in a rebooking fee. In addition same day reschedules are not accepted. If you are unable to make it to your booking and call the same day that will result in a forfeit of your ticket fees.
